We are excited you are considering our rental properties for your vacation destination.
This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath lodging, known as The Bay House, is perfect for up to 13 people! Located near Avenue Bay, it features 1 Queen in the Master with a private bathroom, 1 Queen and a Twin-over-Full Bunk Bed in the second bedroom with a private bathroom, 1 Queen and 2 Twins in the third bedroom, and a Queen in the fourth bedroom. The third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom. With its nice porches, stunning Casing Bay views, plenty of parking, and fantastic fishing opportunities, this house is ideal for a relaxing getaway. The pier should be ready by mid-June, but fishing off the bulkhead or wading is just as enjoyable. The bulkhead will also be lit for night fishing.

- Starter kit including dishwasher soap, trash bags, Toilet paper and paper towels
- Cable TV
- Iron and ironing board (most houses) *We have extras if you need one!
- BBQ grill and outdoor furniture
Each house will have it’s own set of instructions and rules, However, we ask you to respect and treat your vacation rental as your own. You must be 25 in order to rent one of our properties. Respect your neighbors and keep the noise down. We expect quiet time at 11:00 pm. Stay in your designated parking area and keep the grounds around the house neat and clean at all times. You will receive a confirmation once you have booked which will go more into detail regarding the rules and rate requirements.
