FAQ’s
Cancellation Policy: All Rockport rental cancellations must be submitted in writing and confirmed no later than 45 days prior to your check-in date. All cancellations are subject to a fee. If you cancel 45 days prior to your check-in date, you will receive a full refund less the 25% cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 45 days from your check-in date you are subject to lose your entire deposit balance. Unusual and/or extenuating circumstances may be dealt with on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Rockport Living Vacation Rentals.
Here is a list of what is provided in the rental property:
- 1 Towel and wash cloth for each occupant
- Linens, blankets, and pillows for each bed
- Pots, pans, glassware, silverware and dishes
- Coffee maker
- Patio furniture
- BBQ Grill
- Cable or Satellite TV
- Starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, laundry soap, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper.
Here is list of suggested items to bring:
- Sunscreen
- Mosquito spray
- Shampoo, bath soap, and personal items
- Hair dryer
- Laundry detergent
- Extra toilet paper & paper towels
- Charcoal and lighter fluid
- Fishing gear
- Camera
- Beach/pool towels
- Ice chest
- Aluminum foil, Zip Lock bags, seasonings and condiments
- Extra lawn chairs
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: We do not offer refunds for inclement weather, including hurricanes. However, we do recommend that you look into obtaining travel insurance to protect your vacation dollars.
Most of our vacation homes have contactless check in. You will receive your check in instructions the day before your arrival by email, provided we have received your signed rental confirmation and payment in full. Otherwise, check in is done at our rental office located at 2855 Business 35 North, Rockport.
PET POLICY: Pet-friendly homes are listed as such on the property information page. In those homes, the following terms and conditions apply: A $250 refundable Pet Security Deposit will be charged as well as a $25 per pet per day pet fee. No more than 2 pets are allowed. Pets must be completely housebroken, well-behaved, and pest-free. Pets must be crated when left alone on/in the property. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. If pets have accidents on the property all cleanup will be performed by the tenant. Tenant must agree to clean up all outdoor pet waste and deposit it in outside garbage cans. Failure to comply with the pet clean-up policy on the property may result in additional cleaning charges that will be deducted from the Pet Security Deposit. The tenant may not use any home-provided linens or towels on pets. The tenant agrees to pay for any damage caused by the pet(s).
You are welcome to check in early with prior arrangements, provided that the house is clean and ready. Please call our rental office the day before your arrival to confirm. 361-450-0049
