SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
Program Description
This campaign sends Appointment, Account, Order and Service messages from Rockport Living, LLC related to customers’ accounts, bookings or services clients have requested or scheduled. These messages may include booking confirmations, reservation reminders, account notifications and order/service information to customers who explicitly opt in to receive these messages by filling out a web form on our website or booking calendar. Message frequency may vary and depends on the services the customer has requested.

This campaign also sends occasional promotional messages from Rockport Living, LLC related to marketing messages. These messages may include special offers, discounts and new vacation rental updates to customers who explicitly opted in to receive these messages by filling out a web form on our website or booking calendar. Message frequency is limited and promotional content is related to the services the customer has requested or shown interest in.
Cancellation Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
