Children Allowed Treehouse

RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS:

A payment by credit/debit card of 50% of the total rental fee is required when booking a reservation. You will receive an email confirmation of the payment and details of the reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than 45 days prior to your check-in date. By accepting this rental agreement, you allow Rockport Living, LLC to charge your credit card automatically. This will occur for your remaining balance unless you make other payment arrangements. We accept Visa, MasterCard credit/debit cards, American Express and Discover. Reservations made within 30 days of check-in must be paid in full at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. They need to be confirmed at least 30 days before your check-in date. All cancellations are subject to a fee. If you cancel 30 days or more before your check-in date, you will receive a full refund. A 25% cancellation fee will be deducted. If you cancel less than 30 days from your check-in date you are subject to lose your entire deposit balance. However, all cancellations are on a case-by-case basis.

DAMAGE WAIVER FEE:

A damage waiver fee is required. It covers unintentional damages to the property that may occur during your stay. The policy will pay a maximum benefit of $1200. Any damages that exceed that amount will be charged to the credit/debit card on file. Intentional damages to the property will be charged to the Renter.
